   Our company uses diesel engines manufactured and developed by Guangxi Yuchai for our Yuchai generator sets. As a Yuchai generator manufacturer, our Yuchai diesel generator sets feature low vibration, low noise, high reliability, low emissions, readily available spare parts, and long service life. Yuchai's predecessor, "Yulin Quantang Industrial Cooperative," was established in 1951. In 1992, the company completed its shareholding reform, becoming Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. In 1993, it underwent a Sino-foreign joint venture shareholding reform, becoming a Sino-foreign joint venture shareholding enterprise in China. In 1994, China Yuchai International's stock was listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: CYD), making it the first domestic company in the industry to be listed overseas. The company headquarters is located in Yulin City, Guangxi, known as the "Green Power Capital of China." Yuchai has over 8,000 employees, an annual engine production capacity of over 700,000 units, and exports 30,000 units. The company's main products include 22 series of micro, light, medium, and heavy-duty diesel and gas engines in 7 major categories, such as those for vehicles, ships, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and power generation equipment. 1. The above technical parameters are for 50Hz, rated voltage 400/230V, power factor 0.8, and wiring configuration 3-phase 4-wire. 60Hz generator sets can be customized according to customer requirements.

Diesel Generator Set Usage Instructions

1. Use 0# to -30# light diesel oil; use 15W-40CD grade engine oil (or as specified in the diesel engine manual).

2. Starting temperature should be above +5℃; with a water/oil temperature heater, the starting temperature should be -15℃; when using the unit below 0℃, antifreeze and other low-temperature starting measures should be used.

3. Noise level: ≤85～95db(A), conforming to international standards.

4. In addition to 8KW-1600KW land-based generator sets, our company also provides marine generator sets of the same power range and various generator sets with a speed of 60HZ 1800 rpm.

5. The generator sets manufactured by our company comply with the provisions of GB/T2820.1, .5, .6 and ISO8528 "Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine Driven Generator Sets".

6. Voltage regulation method: automatic or manual. 7. Note to users in cold regions: Adjust the engine oil, diesel fuel, and coolant levels appropriately according to temperature changes to ensure normal unit operation.
