     Gas power generation units mainly use natural gas, associated gas from oil fields, liquefied petroleum gas, etc. They are widely used in oil fields and areas with abundant natural gas resources. This machine starts quickly, is easy to operate, has a complete protection system, and has advanced economic indicators. It can be used as power and electrical equipment for oil fields and local enterprises. Its main applications include:

(1) Using wellhead associated gas to drive the pumping unit;

(2) Using excess natural gas to generate electricity and feed it into the grid;

(3) Using separated natural gas from gathering and transportation stations to drive injection pumps and mixed pumps;

(4) Natural gas refueling stations, serving as alternative power sources or directly driving compressors;

(5) Hotels as backup/alternative power sources;

(6) Applied in combined heat, power, and cooling systems to achieve energy cascade utilization, with high comprehensive efficiency and reduced operating costs;

(7) Establishment of small-scale power stations.

1. Gas engines: Adopting Daimler-Benz 6M, 8M, 234, 604, 620 series and Cummins B series, C series, L series, M series, N series, K series diesel engines as the development body. According to the physical characteristics of gas fuels, the cylinder head, piston, piston rings, intake and exhaust valves, and valve seat rings, as well as the camshaft, etc., the main heat load components are re-optimized and designed to extend the engine's service life under high heat load conditions. For components such as fans, cooling water tanks, intercoolers, turbochargers, and exhaust manifolds, they are re-selected based on the characteristics of gas engines, making them truly gas engines.

2. Industrial-grade ignition control system: Electronic control (ECU) sequential ignition system. According to the operating conditions of the gas power generation unit, it is real-time calibrated through software, and a load-ignition MAP graph is compiled to precisely control the ignition time. Matching industrial-grade high-energy independent ignition coils (80 millijoules - 300 millijoules selectable) and spark plugs, improving combustion efficiency, reducing engine exhaust temperature, and improving startup performance, and ensuring stability and reliability.

3. Gas-specific speed control system: Using international renowned gas-specific speed controllers. The rotational speed fluctuation is small, the transient response is fast, the operation is stable, the output power quality is high, and the electrical performance of the unit reaches G2 standards or above. Steady-state rotational speed adjustment rate ≤ ±0.2% Transient rotational speed adjustment rate ≤ ±4% Frequency fluctuation rate ≤ ±0.5% Steady-state voltage adjustment rate ≤ ±0.3% Stability time ≤ 2 seconds.

4. Low-pressure design, low fuel consumption: Adopting international advanced gas flow control technology, lean-burn technology, optimizing the boost system, precise high-energy ignition, providing engine combustion efficiency, and reducing fuel consumption. Pipeline pressure reaches 0.5 kPa and can be used.

5. Generator: Using well-known brand brushless self-excited synchronous generators with voltage automatic regulators, the main rotor is an integral pole core, using aluminum casting and fully damped windings integrated together, with a layer of advanced thermosetting epoxy filling between windings, having good electrical insulation and reliable mechanical strength. The generator complies with GB755, BS5000, VDE0530, NEMAM G1-22, IED34-1, CSA22.2 and AS1359 standards.

6. Gas supply safety valve group: The gas regulation pipeline and safety design comply with the certification of the EU gas component standard 90/356/EG.

7. Unit control cabinet: Using international renowned comAp controller, with extremely high reliability and stability. Modular design, compact structure, simple wiring, easy operation, and convenient maintenance. The control panel has 4-line ultra-wide LCD text display and multiple protection functions, enabling remote monitoring.

8. Waste heat recovery system: Using high-efficiency heat exchangers to recover cylinder liner water and flue gas waste heat, generating high-quality hot water or steam. The total thermal efficiency of the unit is greater than 85% (can be designed according to the specific requirements of the guests), complying with the European DGRL 97/23 standard. 9. Intelligent cogeneration control system: The intelligent CHP management system produced by patented technology can achieve heat-driven electricity generation or electricity-driven heating, meeting the diverse needs of users.

10. Silent design: The noise level of the unit at a distance of 7 meters is ≤ 70 decibels, and for some units, it is less than 55 decibels.

11. Manufacturing standards for gas units: Compliant with NEMA/ISO/IEC/CSA, ISO8528, ISO3046, GB/T2820.5-1997, and BG/T22343-2008.

12. Safety standards for gas units: Compliant with European Gas System Technical Specifications 90/356/EWG, ECE R110, R67, and CE standards.

Operating Instructions for Diesel Generators

1. Use No. 0 to -30# light diesel oil; specify to use 15W-40CD grade engine oil (or as required by the diesel engine manual).

2. The starting temperature should be above +5℃; when using an oil heating device with water, the starting temperature should be -15℃; when the unit is used below 0℃, anti-freezing fluid and other low-temperature starting measures should be adopted.

3. Noise coefficient of the unit: ≤ 85~95db(A), in line with international standards.

4. Our company can provide both land-based 8KW-1600KW units and ship-based units with the same power range, as well as various 60Hz 1800 rpm generators.

5. The generators produced by our company comply with the provisions of GB/T2820.1, 5, 6 and ISO8528 "Generators Driven by Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines".

6. Adjustment method: automatic or manual.

7. Users in cold regions should note: according to the changes in temperature, appropriate adjustments should be made to the engine oil, diesel, and coolant to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
