      The mobile power generators produced by our company are assembled using renowned domestic and foreign brands such as MTU, Perkins, Volvo Penta, Cummins, Shangchai Company, and Yuchai. These are diesel engines. The mobile power station is a portable power source specially designed for field construction units. Its cover is made of high-quality galvanized sheet, featuring corrosion resistance and good sealing performance. The four side windows and doors are supported by automatic hydraulic systems, making opening convenient. The chassis wheels can be designed as two-wheel, four-wheel, or six-wheel according to the user's needs. It is equipped with manual, automatic, pneumatic, and hydraulic braking devices, ensuring reliable and smooth braking. It is an ideal and portable power source for all field construction units. 

Our company's silent mobile diesel generator set is a combined design based on mobile generator sets and silent generator sets. By integrating the excellent craftsmanship, materials and significant noise reduction effect of the silent generator set into the mobile generator set, we have designed and manufactured high-quality low-noise mobile generator sets. 

1. Traction: Utilizes an adjustable hook, a 360° rotating disc, and a flexible steering mechanism to ensure safety during operation.

2. Braking: Equipped with reliable air brake interfaces and a hand-operated braking system to ensure safety during operation.

3. Support: To ensure stability during the operation of the power vehicle, four mechanical or hydraulic support devices are provided.

4. Windows and Doors: There are ventilation windows at the front, a sliding door at the rear, and doors on both sides for the operators to enter and exit.

5. Lighting: The vehicle compartment has ceiling-mounted explosion-proof lights, a workbench on the right side, and a workbench lamp for the convenience of the operators to operate.

6. Noise Reduction: The vehicle compartment, doors, etc. are all covered with double-layer decoration and equipped with sound-absorbing panels for noise reduction; the exhaust pipe is wrapped with insulation cotton, and the noise can be controlled within 75 dB(A).

7. Vehicle Box Dimensions: The dimensions of the vehicle compartment are determined according to the size of the specification. The operators can walk around the vehicle, facilitating operation and maintenance.

8. Exterior Aesthetics: The paint is made of high molecular polyurethane, the color can be customized, and the exhaust pipe adopts a downward exhaust design to ensure aesthetics.

9. Fire Protection: The vehicle is equipped with two fire extinguishers.

Operating Instructions for Diesel Generators

1. Use No. 0 to -30# light diesel oil; specify to use 15W-40CD grade engine oil (or as required by the diesel engine manual).

2. The starting temperature should be above +5℃; when using an oil heating device with water, the starting temperature should be -15℃; when the unit is used below 0℃, anti-freezing fluid and other low-temperature starting measures should be adopted.

3. Noise coefficient of the unit: ≤ 85～95db(A), in line with international standards.

4. Our company can provide both land-based 8KW-1600KW units and ship-based units with the same power range, as well as various 60Hz 1800 rpm generators.

5. The generators produced by our company comply with the provisions of GB/T2820.1, 5, 6 and ISO8528 "Generators Driven by Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines".

6. Adjustment method: automatic or manual.

7. Users in cold regions should note: according to the changes in temperature, appropriate adjustments should be made to the engine oil, diesel, and coolant to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
